1st Round Center Evgeny Kuznetsov - Kuznetsov has one more year remaining on his KHL contract with Traktor so he will remain there in 2013-2014 at least. 3rd Round Forward Stanislav Galiev - Galiev may move back up to the Hershey Bears this year. 4th Round Goaltender Philipp Grubauer - He is expected to play for Hershey in the AHL this year. 5th Round Forward Caleb Herbert - He will be a junior at Minnesota-Duluth this year. 6th Round Defenseman Samuel Carrier - The Capitals did not sign Carrier by the 2012 deadline so he is no longer property of the Washington Capitals.
