Washington Capitals Send 5 Players Back to their Junior Teams

The Washington Capitals sent 2013 1st Round Pick Forward Andre Burakovsky to Erie of the OHL, Defenseman Madison Bowey to Kelowna of the WHL, Defenseman Tyler Lewington to Medicine Hat of the WHL, Forward Chandler Stephenson to Regina of the WHL, and Defenseman Jaynen Rissling to Calgary of the WHL.

The 2013 NHL Draft was considered one of the best drafts if not the best NHL draft since 2003. Did the Washington Capitals make the right selection with left wing Andre Burakovsky?
